Contractual documents (sent on request)

  • Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

    Standard terms for processing Personal Data on Customer's behalf, with EU SCCs / UK IDTA / Swiss equivalents. Sent on request to procurement at any tier; included by reference in all paid plans.

  • Master Services Agreement (MSA) — Project packs & Full Production

    Used for one-time project packs above the self-serve $9,900 Pilot, and for every Full Production engagement. Defines deliverables, revision cycles, IP assignment of Final Deliverables, indemnification, and limitation of liability.

  • Design Partner Letter of Intent (LOI)

    Used to start the Design Partner relationship. Mostly non-binding (only confidentiality, IP, and non-disparagement bind) so neither side feels boxed in during the pilot.

  • Enterprise Order Form

    Custom contract for Enterprise-tier customers — includes BYOK with signed delegated-key receipts, contractual no-training carve-out, SAML/OIDC, indemnification riders, and (where applicable) private-cloud deployment.
